Work Observation Week at Wellington, Hutt Valley and Masterton Hospitals

Kia ora koutou,

The Allied Health, Scientific and Technical (AHST) department at Wellington Hospital have thrown open their doors and are looking to showcase their Allied Health Scientific and Technical professions to any high school and/ or tertiary student who are wanting to experience a clinical setting.

For those of you who don’t know what you want to do or what an Allied Health, Scientific and Technical role is, the list is huuuuge.

This is a paid internship for ONE week only. Monday 28th September – Friday 9th October 2020.

Criteria:
• Must be registered with KOH Central Region:
Upper Central - (Manawatu, Hawkes Bay & Whanganui)
Lower Central - (Wairarapa, Hutt Valley and Wellington)

• Must be students:
High School - Year 12 or 13.
Tertiary (studying an AHST related course) – 1st or 2nd Year.

• Must have own transport to and from hospital.
• Must be committed to attend the whole week.
